Overview

Motion BNP hosts a free 10 km community run in Banepa, east of the Kathmandu Valley on the Araniko Highway, as a numbered weekly series. Everyone is welcome and you run at your own pace, though the first two finishers get a small prize. Runs start early in the morning. Registration is free, by the form linked from Motion BNP's Instagram, and bib numbers are announced there too. A run is sometimes moved for weather, so check the date below before setting out.

Help us get it right

Know Motion BNP 10K Community Run better than we do?

We write from research and reporting, and the ground changes faster than we can keep up. If something here is out of date, or you have been and would tell it differently, we would rather hear it.
