The Lake to Lake loop is Pokhara's signature mountain-bike circuit, connecting the two best-known lakes of the Pokhara Valley — Phewa and Begnas — through a mix of sealed lakeside road, gravel farm tracks, and rolling hill lanes. It is the route most closely associated with the Gandaki Province cycling-tourism push and is rideable as a long day or a relaxed two-day outing with an overnight near Begnas.
From Lakeside the route follows the southern shore of Phewa, climbs gently across the valley's terraced midlands past Pame and the Seti river corridor, and rolls east toward the calmer waters of Begnas and Rupa lakes. The riding is non-technical for most of its length, with a few sustained climbs on the hill sections and rewarding Annapurna and Machhapuchhre views on clear mornings.
Distances, surfaces, and the exact line are indicative and will be refined as verified provincial route data becomes available. Riders should confirm current road conditions and any diversions locally before setting out.
